Why it exists
CatchMissed was built after talking to US plumbers who said they miss calls mid-repair — and that the caller often just rings the next name on Google. Answering every call isn’t realistic when you’re the one doing the work. Getting back to every caller is.
How it works
It’s a setup plus a monthly service, not software you have to learn. Mo sets up missed-call forwarding on the phone you already use, writes the text with you, connects your booking link, runs a test call, and sends a short Loom walkthrough. After that, every missed call gets a text in under a minute, and you get a weekly email showing what happened.
What we won’t do
- Promise to book every job. The promise is smaller and real: every missed call gets a text with a clear next step.
- Invent numbers, reviews or “trusted by thousands” badges. When there are real customer stories, they’ll be here with permission.
- Pretend to be you. The text is from your shop, and you still talk to your customers.
